This mug was fired twice, in an experimental combination of dips of glazes mixed in studio by Joel, to create this stunning sparkling affect of blues. Comfortable additions of clay on the handle help these mugs look and feel handmade, emphasizing how they were formed with Joel Cherrico's hands. Finger marks on the bottom of each mug were left by Joel's fingers intentionally, showing how he dipped the pots in glaze.
All of our pottery is made from Stoneware clay, and is 100% food and dishwasher safe.
