Known as a "classic" Nuka Cobalt mug. Raw Copper mixed with water was brushed onto the dipped Nuka glazed surface, just underneath the drippy line of Cobalt glaze. The kiln firing melts these glazes together to create a lovely mixture of blues, greens and metallic brown speckles where the cobalt was brushed on thickest. Comfortable additions of clay on the handle help these mugs look and feel handmade, emphasizing how they were formed with Joel Cherrico's hands. Finger marks on the bottom of each mug were left by Joel's fingers intentionally, showing how he dipped the pots in glaze.
