This stackable cereal bowl was glazed in a "classic" Nuka Cobalt style; with a line of raw copper brushed under the dip of oil spot (which contains some cobalt) after dipped in nuka. The kiln firing melts these glazes together to create a lovely mixture of blues and greens. The fluted edge formed with Joel's finger pinches make the bowl look and feel handmade. Finger marks on the bottom of each bowl were left by Joel's fingers intentionally, showing how he dipped the pots in glaze.
All of our pottery is made from Stoneware clay, and is 100% food and dishwasher safe.
